My client is an organisation that are in their early stages of growth. They now have 150 hours of care per week.
They also provide staffing to local domiciliary care providers and residential homes.

Key Responsibilities of a Domiciliary Care Manager:

  • To assist with the growth of a branch in its early stages
  • To market and advertise the business in the private sector
  • Work closely with the local authorities
  • Heavily involved in the recruitment of the business

Domiciliary Care Manager Requirements:


  • Already has or working towards NVQ Level
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
  • Can consider a Deputy Manager stepping up
  • Personable
  • A leader rather than a manager
