Role Overview


The primary purpose of this role is the is to support the account team on the day-to-day running of client accounts.

This may include, but is not limited to, being a trusted point of contact for the client, developing timelines, estimates, budget control, assisting the trafficking of work through the creative services department and the writing of media materials.

This will provide a solid grounding in servicing our clients needs to a high level of excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver solid tactical & administrative processes
  • Support account team in the delivery of excellent client service
  • Confident in managing clients' regulatory review processes and systems
  • Builds understanding of the execution of marketing and communications plans

Essential Requirements

  • Degree educated
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to flex style according to the needs of clients and teams
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
