We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Legal team in London.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for our clients in the legal sector, building and maintaining strong relationships with law firms,and providing expert advice on recruitment strategies and market trends.

Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining relationships with law firms and legal professionals in the London area
Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends
Leading and mentoring a team of recruitment consultants, providing training and support as required
Keeping uptodate with industry trends and market changes to provide the best possible service to clients
Attending client meetings and networking events to promote the business and build relationships

Requirements:

A degree in Law or a related field would be an advantage, but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
A passion for working in the legal sector and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of legal professionals
