Skills required for the 2nd Line Engineer Position:

Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 36
A brilliant communicator and the ability to work with various stakeholders
Previous Service Desk Support experience
Great knowledge of Active Directory Administration
Excellent Trouble shooting skills
Experience working in a MSP

2nd Line Support / 2nd Line Support Engineer / Second Line Support / Office 365 / Active Directory

Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000

**Location:St Albans, Hertfordshire (5 days a week in office)
