Salary:
£26,000 per annum + excellent company benefits

DK Recruitment are proud to be working with a national maintenance contractor who is seeking a new Repairs Scheduler to join their maintenance team in central Birmingham


This position will be repsponsible for managing the diaries of up to 5 multi trade operative and specialist subcontractors for a repairs service for a well known Housing Association.


Day to day duties of Repairs Scheduler include:

  • Schedule repairs from social housing tenants/clients
  • Allocate and schedule repairs jobs on inhouse computer system
  • Ensure repairs are schedules in the most efficient manor
  • Ensure jobs have been completed on time and to highest possible standards
  • Collate all notes, videos and photos if required

Essential Skills of Repairs Scheduler:


  • Experience scheduling repairs or in a similar role for a contractor or Housing Association
  • Must be able to work in a high pressure environment
  • Experience of managing diaries
  • Excellent telephone manor and administration skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£26,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
