Description
You will support the already customers ranging from both inbound or outbound telephony.

  • You will check outbound/inbound customer letters.
  • Data entry.
  • Telephony experience is essential for this role. This is a placed role handling between calls a day.

THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE

  • Must be comfortable handling high volume of calls daily.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of utilities is desirable, although training will be provided.
  • Good IT Skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
