Description
You will support the already customers ranging from both inbound or outbound telephony.- You will check outbound/inbound customer letters.
- Data entry.
- Telephony experience is essential for this role. This is a placed role handling between calls a day.
THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Must be comfortable handling high volume of calls daily.
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of utilities is desirable, although training will be provided.
- Good IT Skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
