Contract Scotland has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our client in their busy Accounts team in Bathgate.

This is a full time, permanent role offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

This is an office based role where you will work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with half an hour for lunch.


In your role as Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will work as part of a happy and passionate team but with your own responsibilities and remit.

This is a busy and fast paced position where your duties will include:


  • Continually reviewing customer debt and escalating where necessary
  • Dealing with client queries in relation to their account/projects
  • Contributing to cash flow management, budgets/reforecasts and annual audit
  • Ensuring robust financial controls are adhered to
  • Producing ad hoc reports and performing ad hoc tasks as and when they arise
  • Providing cover and support to other members of the local Finance Team


As a proactive team member you will be motivated to take onad hoc projects and will take great pride in your work.

You must be organised with the ability to deliver accurate results within agreed timescales.
