About Our Client:

Our client are a well established financial services business based in Denton.

They are looking for Collections Agents to join the team, as they are going through a period of growth and are looking to expand the collections team.

Duties of the Collections Agent will be:

As a Collections Agent you'll be supporting customers with queries
You'll work with customers over the telephone, giving them essential support and dealing with a wide range of disputes and queries.
Maximise collections activity
Problem and query resolution
Ability to manage and prioritise workload

The Successful Applicant:

To understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Experience in a collections / debt recovery focused role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong IT skills

What's on Offer:

Salary £19,000 OTE £28,000

Hours

Mon
Fri, working shift patterns between 8.30am and sometimes working later shifts which means you will be finishing at 7pm.
