About the team
The IMA-HOME Finance team is a core function in the inner workings of the agency set up. We provide specialist services and advice across the business, supporting internally and externally.


Summary of Accounts Assistant the role


As an Accounts Assistant (Purchase Ledger) at IMA-HOME, you will support the Finance team in the day to day running of the Finance function and take responsibility for ensuring that necessary administrative procedures are adhered to as required.


Some responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant role will include

  • Ensuring purchases are recorded correctly and accurately in the accounts and on our internal systems
  • Responsibility to ensure appropriate VAT invoices are obtained for all purchases
  • Match purchase invoice with purchase orders and diligently follow up any discrepancies
  • Assist in the production of information for the monthly management accounts
  • Answering accounts inbox queries in a timely manner
