Sir Robert McAlpine are looking for a
Project Administrator to join the site team on our prestigious Haymarket project in the centre of Edinburgh for a Fixed Term period of 6 months initially.

The Project
Administratorrole


You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our existing Document Controllers on site; assisting in the effective management of site based administrative and document control duties.

You will be based at the site office and also responsiblefor providing front end customer service to visitors and staff, in person or on the telephone and responding to or referring enquires.

Please note that this position is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months, with the potential to be extended.


Your profile

  • Full training will be provided to the successful applicant so previous experience is not required. However, some experience of working in an administrative role would be desirable
  • The role requires
    someone who is highly organised and selfmotivated
  • You must be confident using computers and Microsoft packages
  • You will also be conscientious, keen to learn and have great attention to detail
