Are you an experienced window cleaner that is looking to develop your talents and career within a world leading company? As a Window Cleaner at ISS, your day to day will be keeping the glazing across the site spotless though planned regular upkeep.


You will be based at the Santander Unity Place Milton Keynes, providing a best in class cleaning service and support the sites cleaning operations.

You will play a part in making the Unity Place a leading workplace that fosters a welcoming and positive environment.

The Role

  • To work in partnership with the Unity Place facilities team in delivering for Santander a best in class workplace environment
  • Clean and maintain all internal/external windows, doors, trim, building cladding and other items in the building
  • Clean glass surfaces, including blinds, shades, window sills and vents
  • Remove rubbish/waste from the work area as needed or requested
  • Complete daily cleaning schedule for assigned areas of work
  • Operate window cleaning equipment including reach & wash and jet washers
  • Operate and use access equipment as required by the specific work area including ladders, cherry pickers, powered access platforms and lifts
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks so that equipment is maintained at proper levels

About You

  • Previous window cleaning and general cleaning experience is preferred but full site training will be provide
  • Experience in using access equipment
  • Willing and able to work outdoors in all seasons
  • Hold a valid driving licence
  • Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
  • A team player who works well with customers and colleagues
