The role

As a Early Careers Advisor, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will support the delivery of the early careers program, overseeing and coordinating the process from recruitment to delivery.


The role sits within our Cavendish Nuclear business unit: From decommissioning redundant nuclear facilities, through supporting the Continuous at Sea Deterrent, to supporting the operation and build of nuclear power plants, our role in Cavendish Nuclear is to clean up the nuclear legacy and create a world where nuclear plays a key contribution in protecting our nation, ensuring security of energy supply and meeting our net zero commitments.

Day to day, you'll manage your diary as you see fit, but your role will involve the following:

  • Stakeholder management
  • Managing multiple projects
  • Overseeing and coordinating recruitment process
  • Looking for new early careers programmes, and organising outreach programs
  • Liaising with learning providers to ensure compliance and

Essential experience of the Early Careers Advisor

  • Experience in HR, learning and development or early careers
  • Stakeholder management
  • Experience dealing with apprenticeship or graduate programs


The role is based in Warrington but we offer flexible working; once established in the role you would be free to split your time between home and the office in a way which works for you.

There will also be some travel required to another office in Cumbria, for which a car can be provided, and petrol costs will be covered.
