Description
Is Italian your mother tongue or are you fluent in Italian?

Do you have experience in customer service and/or debt collection?

If so, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service/Debt Collection Agent to join their team.


You will be required to work shifts 5 days per week between Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per shift between the hours of 8:00 to 19:00.

Role:


  • Calling customer to collect arrears
  • Associated administration
  • Updating the database
  • Interacting with the Italian office
  • Ensure tasks are carried out as requested by your Line Manager and the Italian Supervisor.

About you:


  • Previous experience within customer service environment
  • Be fluent in Italian
  • Have strong communication skills; written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to use own initiative
