Responsibilities:


  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including handling reactive clients
  • Upsell and increase billings within existing clients
  • Conduct interviews and make placements
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to develop new business opportunities

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in recruitment or related fields
  • Ability to manage a desk with monthly billings of 8k gp
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to work within a team of
  • Willingness to work from 8am to 5.30pm
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
