HR Administrator - London, United Kingdom - Blue Tiger

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Blue Tiger is looking for an accomplished and motivated Human Resources Administrator to join our team This role is based in our HQ in Sydenham (SE26 4QP).
Responsibilities:
- Take the lead with recruiting and hiring new employees.
- Handle any problems arising from onboarding new employees.
- Maintain general records, including corporate information and employee benefit information.
- Coordinate company benefits and pension programmes.
- Update human resource policies and procedures.
- Design HR training programmes.
- Handle personnel matters and conduct exit interviews with departing employees.
- Develop salary administration strategy.
- Take the lead in developing our HR practices.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external service providers.
- Consult with management on personnel matters.

Requirements:
- completion of CIPD Level - minimum 5 years experience in an HR role

£35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
