If the answer is yes then you will be ideal for a role we are recruiting for with a client who is going from strength to strength


Duties include:

  • Preparing and issuing agreements
  • Managing the payment and legal storage of deposits
  • Arranging and attending property visits
  • Arranging maintenance within a property
  • Carry out safety checks within a property and working with external trades people, and tenants where necessary, arrange maintenance and updated safety certificates
  • Manage all utility duties from empty property payments to final readings
  • Manage telephone system changes for any out of hours
  • Manage office door entry system and issue fobs for new employees
  • Assists with Visitors, meetings, deliveries, topping up supplies, etc
  • Manage company cars
  • Managing inbox and preparing reports
  • Cover for Office Manager during their holiday
  • Check, process and input invoices
  • Issuing purchase orders
  • Matching invoices to POs and supplier statements to invoices received.
  • Scanning and checking monthly purchase paid invoices and filing
