Description
We've got an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our finance team on a 12 months fixed term contract, you will be based at our store support centre in Ruddington.
As our Administration Assistant you will be reducing the level of NHS write off in relation to vouchers not submitted or rejected due to errors by regular contact with the stores.
What can you expect from the role?
As an Administration Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Auditing and invoicing NHS vouchers ensuring all vouchers comply with Health Authority Guidelines on a region-by-region basis.
- Completing all NHS reconciliation and ledger management.
- Driving improvements for compliance in the stores.
