Permanent, Full Time


Location:
Lichfield, HYBRID WORKING (1 day in the office)

Hours:
Monday to Friday; 9.00 am - 5.00pm (30 mins lunch)


Our client who has over 20 years' experience of working with professional associations, is looking to recruit an Client Support Administrator to join their team.

You will be responsible for providing organisational and administration support to meetings on and off-site.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Preparation of papers
  • Detailed and accurate minute taking
  • Responsible for client stock, ordering replacements and new quotes
  • Recording all necessary information, answering queries or escalating to the appropriate person
  • Undertake planning and processing of annual membership/registration renewals with assistance from senior staff members
  • Provide communication and support to current, previous or potential members/registrants
  • Provide reports and summaries on client activity
  • Assist with implementation of largescale changes to client websites on request
  • Make minor updates to client website as required
  • Compile and distribute client news and communications
  • Perform basic auditing checks as required by the client
  • Provide onsite event representation on behalf of the client as required
  • Input & process association information and data
  • Write and update Operation Manuals for work processes
  • Provide support for clients across all admin areas
  • Provide administration support to the Client Managers within the team
Skills and experience

  • A good understanding of client business
  • Understand legal, governance and data protection implications
  • Knowledge of filing systems and routine work procedures/basic use of computerised systems
  • Ability to work well and have excellent communication with all levels of the business
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Spreadsheet manipulation and report writing (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Willing to travel with infrequent overnight stays
  • Ability to work under deadlines and multitask
