Permanent

Working hours - (Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm)

Worcestershire

Salary £20,000 -£25,000 (negotiable dependent on experience)

I have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a friendly firm based in Worcestershire. The company have a professional, office space and offer many company benefits.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, my client is looking for a confidentself-starter, with a positive 'can do' attitude, to join our team as a
Customer Service Coordinator; liaising with internal and external customers, to ensure smooth delivery of equipment servicing and planned maintenance, on-time, every time.

Working as part of a small team you must be efficient and effective, highly organised, tenacious, fun, not frightened of hard work, and going the extra mile should be instinctive.


Duties:


  • Processing customer call out requests
  • Organising Engineers diaries
  • Processing Engineer job sheets
  • Ordering parts and coordinating delivery
  • Quotations and billing
  • Processing customers call out requests

Experience:


  • Working with complex information
  • Administrative experience gained in a challenging environment
  • ERP systems (ideally HANSA)
  • Working with CRM systems
  • Customer service/ or call center
  • Field service Coordination or management

Skills:


  • Excellent literacy and numeracy
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite user
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Confident and articulate communicator
  • Aptitude for learning new skills and? or systems
  • Touch Typing (Desirable)
