Description
Woodlands Arch Ltd is a medium-sized and fast growing property business in South West London. We are looking for a new team member to join the existing office of five. Experience is preferred but not necessary. Having your own car is an advantage. Base salary of 17K per annum + bonuses/commissions. OTE is around £25K per annum.

Responsibilities:


  • Coldcall potential clients
  • Advertise properties online with detail
  • Carry out physical/online viewings for available properties
  • Negotiate terms with clients & landlords
  • Prepare paperwork for completion of lettings.
  • Manage inhouse property portfolio.
  • Manage maintenance issues requested.
  • Prepare reports about sales and lettings for superiors

Job Types:

Salary:
£17,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
