Collections Administrator


Hours:37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday). Full time perm position


Salary:
£22,500 per annum


Location:
Newcastle upon Tyne, NE13 7BA


To support our growing business, The Rudd Group are looking for an Collections Administrator to join our Head Office in Newcastle.


As an Collections Administrator, you will be responsible for processing, validating and ensuring the accuracy of the businesses collected cash, which in turn ensures all stakeholders and customers receive their income in a accurate and timely manner.


Your main duties will include:


  • Consolidating the daily collection data for entry into the Am-Ais system.
  • Monitoring of all machine shortfalls and cash variances at the point of input, rectifying any errors wherever possible.
  • Monitoring of all banking activity, and creation of reconciliation spreadsheet.
  • Responsibility to share work and data with a range of external and internal stakeholders ranging from cash collectors to brewery suppliers.
  • Good organisational skills, be selfmotivated and be able to work well in a team
  • Good communication skills both verbally and written
  • Experience of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • General data input experience
  • The ability to work to strict deadlines and targets
  • The ability to use own initiative for problem solving
  • An understanding of the requirements for good Customer Service
  • Meticulous attention to detail
