  • Learning Curve Group are national training provider going through an exciting period of change and growth across all of its services. As part of this growth, we are looking for an additional Recruitment Partner to join the team. You will play a critical role in placing our Digital Skills Bootcamp learners into the job vacancies that have been identified by yourself, or our employer partners. You will work very closely alongside our Digital Business Development Managers and liaise with the tutors to support learners with an effective transition through the interview process, and into a Digital role. Based at home, this role will support activity across all our contract regions.

Role Information

DUTIES

  • Developing relationships with employers to identify suitable vacancies
  • Develop and implement robust recruitment processes creating a framework for future recruitment activity
  • Use a wide range of sourcing techniques focussing on a strategy to attract Bootcamp learners into the right role
  • Organise and lead recruitment events, including assessment days
  • Arrange and attend interviews where appropriate, providing support to the hiring managers
  • Advise and update job descriptions where appropriate
  • Advise and support learners with their CVs and Social media platforms such as Linkedin
  • Conduct your role in line with the behaviour aligned with our company values
  • Comply with and follow all processes within The Safeguarding Policy; ensuring the safety of all learners is paramount
  • Comply and follow all processes within the Health and Safety Policy
  • Comply and follow all processes within the IT Policy and Data Protection and Information Security Policy
  • Ensure the maintenance of confidentially and professionalism at all time
  • Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company

  • Ability to recruit, develop and lead staff in a recruitment setting
  • Excellent interviewing skill
  • Must have a methodical approach and an 'eye for detail', organisation skills and excellent IT skills
  • Ability to influence and provide effective learner solutions
  • Driven by results, balanced with a real people focus and desire to provide quality IAG to ensure the best outcome for the learner

Essential Criteria

  • Learners are at the centre of everything we do so we are committed to safeguarding and promoting their welfare. If your role is applicable, the successful applicant will be required to provide satisfactory references and prove their eligibility to work in the UK. Depending on your role, we may also need to carry out a DBS check in addition to an adverse media / digital search.
