ABOUT THE ROLE


We have an exciting opportunity to expand our HR team with the HR & Office Executive role, being fundamental to the People and Planet initiative.

In this role you will manage and administer the recruitment process from start to finish, manage the onboarding/offboarding process, support the HR Generalist with projects and have office responsibilities.


KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:


Recruitment

  • Leading on recruitment campaigns from start to finish, ensuring roles are filled according to business priority, escalating more senior roles to the HR Generalist
  • Build solid relationships with all hiring managers and work closely to support them in hiring the best talent for their teams

HR Administration

  • Lead on HR administration ensuring we are compliant with internal audit requirements and internal SLAs
  • Data entry into our HR system, ensuring 100% accuracy at all times
  • Data collation for the HR and Marketing newsletter for UK and EU
  • Monthly data collation for payroll, before handing over to the HR Generalist
  • Lead on the Onboarding/Offboarding process within internal SLAs
  • Supporting with other HR activities and projects

Leadership Team Support

  • Support the leadership team with their diary management
  • Booking of meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring food and refreshments are arranged for meetings
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for external meetings
  • Processing of expenses

Office responsibilities

  • Support with the day to day responsibilities of office management
  • Work alongside our Operational team to continuously improve our impacts on our people, planet and local communities
  • Responsible for proactively setting up our regular office socials i.e. Breakfast Club and Friday 4.30pm drinks
  • First Aider for Bristol
  • Efficiently distribute mail, including invoices to all relevant departments
  • Regularly complete office orders ensuring stock levels are maintained, stored and received efficiently
  • Manage incoming post including following up with relevant recipients and maintaining files inline with compliance and data security

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Extensive experience of recruitment with a passion for people
  • Strong experience of working in a HR Administration role
  • Strong experience of working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communicator verbally and written
  • Strong experience of dealing with working multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work with multiple deadlines
  • The want and drive to learn

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:


  • CIPD qualification or other relevant qualifications

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £28,000.00 per year
