We are looking for a highly organised
Site Administrator to join us at
Middle Wallop on a
full time permanent basis.

Antac Support Services are responsible for delivering the reactive and maintenance work across the MOD Site.

So every day could be different One day you may be tasked with ordering materials for a heat pump to be replaced, and the next we could be changing the lock in the door Our team is made up of a variety of trades to ensure that we are able to respond and complete a wide variety of tasks onsite.


What are we looking for?


We are looking for a Site Administrator to join us onsite a Middle Wallop on a full time permanent basis.

This role in fundamental in the co-ordination and delivery of works across the site.


Working with the Site Manager you will be responsible for manging the systems to ensure all information is accurate, the correct jobs are allocated and closed accordingly as well as liaising with the engineers and clients to resolve any queries that arise.

The role will require you to have strong attention to detail to ensure work allocation and reporting is accurate at all time, the correct parts are ordered for the works as well as maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to)

  • Managing the computer system and inputting required data predominantly this will be in Maximo, CRM and Icompleat
  • Reallocating and closing jobs with the engineers
  • Ordering Materials for the engineer to be able to complete jobs as required
  • Raising PO's
  • Obtaining quotes
  • Liasing with engineers to understand where we are work jobs, issuing workloads, fielding queries
  • Call Handling being first point of contact for calls to the team
  • Customer Service you will be working onsite in a client facing role so you will need to be able to build and maintain strong working relationships

Experience

  • Ideally you will have experience in a varied administration role where you have done similar tasks
  • Strong IT skills whilst you may not have used the same systems, we would like someone who has used similar software and has a good understanding of Microsoft office
  • Good Communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and highly organised.

Pay:
Up to £27,000.00 per year
