Love success has an exciting opportunity for a Temporary HR Coordinator.

The role will be working for a longstanding Love Success client, a global professional body for dispute avoidance and dispute management.

This role is starting on the 14th of August and duration is 2 to 3 months and paying £16 an hour + holiday pay.

Role details below;

General administration (key duty): maintaining correct data on People HR system and HR-drive (updating various spreadsheets, etc), producing letters, JDs, collecting payroll info, processing invoices, producing various reports, etc.

Deal with on-boarding and off-boarding processes for new hires and leavers (key duty):

Recruitment (key duty):

- support with and manage some of the recruitment on junior level, inc. apprentices. there are a lot of roles that are either open now or in the pipeline and I need someone to manage some of it.

  • Support Wellness Warriors Group (our wellness group) with arranging the social events, and other WW activities such as producing Newsletters
  • L&D support with booking trainings for employees where appropriate
  • Adhoc tasks

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in HR role, specially dealing with high volume of administration and recruitment. It is crucial that they feel comfortable with the full circle of recruitment, including attending the interview as HR rep.
  • Quick leaner
  • Strong communication (both verbally and written) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and friendly).
  • High attention to detail. Follow through to completion of all tasks.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong ability to work independently but also as part of the team.
  • IT/tech savvy (learn new platforms ) and know how to create a dashboard based on data from reports. they will do this on monthly basis.
  • Knowledge of MS Office packages e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint it is a must and desirable if they used TEAMS and Sharepoint before.
