Salary - £14,000

What will the apprentice be doing?

In your day-to-day role, you will carry out:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Scanning and uploading documents
  • Assisting with recruitment, booking interviews, assisting with interviewstaking notes etc
  • Filing
  • Organising/uploading online files
  • Making event prep sheets
  • Making event posters/notices
  • Inputting information/data into Excel documents
  • Updating vehicle tracking
  • Greeting visitors
  • Updating noticeboards
  • Assisting with scheduling statutory/mandatory training for staff
  • Advertising training/events
  • Updating social media

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?


Your apprenticeship training will be a full work-based learning programme across 18 months Upon completion of your apprenticeship you will achieve a level 3 qualification in business administration.
