What will the apprentice be doing?
In your day-to-day role, you will carry out:
- Answering phone calls
- Scanning and uploading documents
- Assisting with recruitment, booking interviews, assisting with interviewstaking notes etc
- Filing
- Organising/uploading online files
- Making event prep sheets
- Making event posters/notices
- Inputting information/data into Excel documents
- Updating vehicle tracking
- Greeting visitors
- Updating noticeboards
- Assisting with scheduling statutory/mandatory training for staff
- Advertising training/events
- Updating social media
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Your apprenticeship training will be a full work-based learning programme across 18 months Upon completion of your apprenticeship you will achieve a level 3 qualification in business administration.
