Life Insurance Advisor - Remote

We are looking for ambitious Life Insurance Advisors To join our Elite sales team, in a office based/ hybrid or even fully REMOTE capacity.

This role is fully remote and you will be paid a competitive basic salary of £30,000 Uncapped with the ability to make £70,000 + including bonus.

Although this is a fully remote role, we still have a very tight knit team culture. we have daily team Zoom calls, internal communication systems
- specifically developed for our business. Monthly, quarterly and yearly company wide incentives (winning everything from time off and vouchers to all expenses paid trips to the races and international holidays).

What is the job? As a experienced Life Insurance Sales Consultant it will be your job to build meaningful relationships with customers who have enquired online in order to find the right life insurance products for their needs; as well as contacting our existing customers to ensure their cover is still suitable and generate upselling opportunities.

You will conduct the initial fact find, present the customer with quotes which fit their needs as well as closing the sale.

What you will need

LIFE INSURANCE SALES EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE
Minimum 12 months
A proven track record in life insurance sales; proof of performance to a high level will be required
The ability to work remotely (we will provide you with a laptop and headset however you will be required to supply your own desk, chair and second screen)
Resilience when dealing with customer rejection (thick skin is required)
Persistence and determination when dealing with customer objections
Hardworking, with a positive cando attitude

Pay:
£30,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
