We are looking for anHR Administrator to join our client's busy team based in London. They are seeking a committed, enthusiastic, and organised professional who is looking for a new opportunity with a dynamic and forward-thinking company.

£15-16phr
Location:
Hybrid working - 1 day a week in the office. Offices based in Holborn
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in the preparation and checking of payroll data.
- Administration for starters, changes to terms and conditions and leavers, in addition to childcare vouchers and long service awards.
- Support the Head of HR and the Senior HR Advisors in preparing and filing correspondence for employee relations casework, pay awards, benefits, etc.
- Managing paperwork both electronic and paperbased chasing outstanding items where needed, filing and archiving employee administration in line with our data protection and retention policy.
- Support with the coordination of induction and training programmes for staff.
- Organise room bookings using the online booking system, room and equipment layouts, training course materials and refreshments.
- Timely and accurate data entry into the HR Information System.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in HR Adminsitration or HR Coordination is essential
- Excellent organisational skills and is flexible
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and confident in the use of Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Good interpersonal skills, a welcoming and confident approach.
- Ability to liaise with confidence across a range of people, internally and externally.
- Good initiative and problemsolving skills.
