Description

Key duties will include:


  • Induction delivery, documentation and onboarding
  • Proactive and confident approach with hiring managers
  • Assisting managers and supervisors with HR policy
  • Supporting managers in formal procedures disciplinaries, grievance issues etc, producing meeting notes
  • Monitoring absence issues and trends, collating data to identify trends
  • Preparing HR documents for sign off
  • Undertaking exit interviews, collating data to identify trends
  • Assisting managers with recruitment interviews when required
  • Ensuring all HR data is recorded accurately
  • Overseeing holiday requests
  • Supporting the HR Director with processing documents to payroll provider
  • Ensuring Right to Work documentation/reference requests are received in a timely manner for all new starters
  • Liaising with the US HR Department

Key skills and experience required:


  • Previous experience in a HR role is essential
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in personnel support/management required or CIPD qualification
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Tact and diplomacy
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Familiar working with confidential information
Car driver/owner required as you may need to travel to different sites.

Hours of work:
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm

Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
