Your new role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Assurance and Improvement team within Operations.

We're looking for someone who can identify learnings and areas for improvement across our Operations directorate and work with a variety of colleagues to make change happen and improve service to our customers.

As part of this new role, you'll also be key in supporting with resolving customer queries where they escalate to the highest level, working closely with the Executive Assistants to ensure customers queries that reach our Executive team are effectively managed and resolved.

You need to be confident talking with anyone, influencing others to reach decisions and make changes, and able to bring lots of ideas and confidence to improving the service we provide to our customers.
