We at Signature are currently recruiting for a Programme Officer for our client, a top London university This is a part-time temporary role with an immediate start and will run for 3 months.
As Programme Officer you'll play a crucial role in leading the objectives of the professional services team.Your day-to-day will encompass various aspects of programme coordination, including managing academic processes, handling student inquiries, and confidently overseeing essential data management tasks.
You'll engage with academic staff and external stakeholders, fostering cooperative working relationships to ensure the seamless functioning of the university's programmes.
Programme Officer Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate programme administration processes to ensure efficiency.
- Manage and address student inquiries promptly.
- Support academic processes, including assessments and enrolment.
- Maintain accurate data using virtual learning environments and databases.
- Work in partnership with internal teams to enhance programme quality.
- Efficiently oversee departmental communications.
- Undertake adhoc administrative duties as required.
