Heres What You Can Expect To Be Doing:
_
As a Print Operative you will play a pivotal role in creating high quality products for our customers

You will be:

Operating both manual and semiautomatic machines, which range from 4 colour stack presses to an 8 colour CI press
Monitoring machinery output to exceed and deliver targets
Identify and resolve print issues
Completing shift handovers to ensure a smooth transition and continuous production. As a matter of routine, ensuring the machinery is in an appropriate operational condition and that the next shift has been briefed on where production is up to and any other relevant production issues
Optimising the change overs, as H&S and quality allow
Mounting print plates and colour matching as required
Operating processes in line with lean manufacturing techniques including SMED and the 5S principles
Maintaining a clean, safe working environment. Ensuring that all spills are logged and cleaned immediately. Also, ensuring your colleagues are working in a safe way in your area

_A Few Things About You:
_

Ideally with print experience
NVQ in Print (Desirable but not essential)
Meticulous with a real eye for detail
Can work under own initiative
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline intensive environment
Strong problemsolving skills
Basic computer skills
Demonstrates excellent timekeeping and attendance

_When youll be working:
_
Working an average of 39.5 hours per week
Rotating 3-week pattern, working rotating days and nights (with no Saturday or Sunday)

Hours from 06:45 -19:00 and 18:4- 07:00
