A high-end refurbishment construction contractor now requires a proactive Administrator to join their busy, growing and successful team in South-West London.
The Administrator
The Administrator will be joining a growing team, on a Part time basis working Mondays and Fridays only, ideally having previous roles as an Administrator within the construction industry.
The Administrator will be required to liaise with subcontractors on a daily basis as well as support with general office administrative tasks and therefore be required to have a high level of customer service and time management.
The Administrator Role
- 3+ years of Administration experience
- Construction experience desirable
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Able to work independently, but also work as a good team player
- Great verbal and written communication
- Problem solving capabilities
- Excellent telephone manner

- £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
