Citizens Advice in West Sussex (North, South, East) delivers

Universal Credit:

Help to Claim which offers end-to-end support to help identify if Universal Credit is the right benefit for someone to claim and supports them to make the claim either over the phone, face to face or via webchat.

Do you have a background in providing advice or support? Can you learn complex information and work to a very high standard? Some experience of the benefits system is helpful but not essential as training will be provided but a commitment to giving a high-quality customer service is essential.

If you have these skills, along with strong IT skills, we want to hear from you.
