- This role supports the delivery of mobile solutions for our business customers. You'll be a technical representative and expert on various customer build options.
- This team work as a central function alongside patch based build professionals ensuring all aspects of the build conform to customer requirements and H&S regulations within their area.
- You'll be managing multiple suppliers to ensure alignment and on time delivery. Providing tracking reports for our Build manager. Dealing with issues and using technical skill to overcome any on site issues. Ensuring builds are completed to correct quality.
What you'll be doing
- Management of 'REACH' build work to deliver customer mobile solution ensuring on time delivery of builds within their area with accountable for the quality of the build and ensuring the technical specifications are delivered.
- Ensuring close working with client to ensure all technical requirements of build are understood and delivered.
- Manage relationships with all third party suppliers both internal and external, to insure the technical quality is met; Stock management responsible for handover to customer an acceptance of build.
- Practice continuous improvement and support the cultural shift in how we execute change in the operational teams using RAPID.
- Model BT values in order to strive to be part of engaged, productive team who are committed to deliver for the best interests of BT and our mobile customer's.
- Possess good project management skills to progress multiple build jobs simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritse workload with the ability to take the lead on calls with the customer and senior management teams.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and experience in dealing with customers in both formal meeting settings and informal 121 catch up sessions
- MANDATORY
- Experience of owning and resolving customer escalations

- An indepth knowledge of wholesale mobile products and services delivered by Enterprise
- PREFERRED
- Using BQF certification and Continuous Improvement methodology daily to make step improvements in Mobile Infrastructure Delivery; reducing waste, costs and driving efficiency and effectiveness in all mobile related products / projects and services

- Ability to take an active role in developing and implementing change and work with everyone else both inside and outside your team to help improve how we deliver service
