2468 is looking for a Relief Vending Team Operator to to join our team from the Reading area.

This position will cover a large area as you will be responsible for covering holiday leave for operators across numerous routes across the South of the UK.

This role will involve nights away where required, expenses paid.

We are a service provider, ISO Certified and a Deloitte Best Managed company 2018, 2019 & 2020.

Specifically, we provide coffee, water, snacking and hygiene services to 9,000 customers across Ireland and the UK, including a number of high-profile blue-chip organisations.

The role

You will be working with a team of Vending Operators who start from home on a daily basis and report to their local depot on average once a week to restock.

You will be responsible for the Operators and their customers. This will include the day to day maintenance and sales of the machines at your sites.

As well as covering your teams holidays you will spot check/audit, train, mentor and constantly look for ways to improve what we do and how we do it.

Full training will be provided for this role.

Maintaining standards
Maintain Health and Safety standards.
Driving Sales
Liaising with colleagues and clients and their teams.
Identify problems and be proactive with solutions.

Your Teams Responsibilities

Cleaning and replenishing all coffee and vending machines on site to ensure best quality hygiene and efficiency
Merchandising product ranges in order to maximise sales based on demand.
Carrying out repairs, and escalating any major repairs identified on site.
Providing a friendly and efficient service to all of our customers.
Ensuring that the van is kept clean, tidy, properly maintained and safe at all times.
