Head of Compliance

Asset Finance

Surrey

We are very pleased to be working with a Surrey based Asset Finance company, on their search for a Head of Compliance to join the business.

There are offices around the country, however you will be working from the main Operations centre in Surrey.

Responsibilities:

- _A strong knowledge of all rules and regulations relating to Compliance within an asset based lending business (including, not limited to, AML / Financial Crime / Suspicious Activity / KYC / Anti Bribery & Corruption / Sanctions / Whistleblowing / Fraud/ etc)._
- _Experience in operationalising policies and SOPs. _
- _Experience of the use of data/technology to implement Compliance monitoring and controls. _
- _Experience of taking a Risk Based Approach to Compliance monitoring and controls_
- _Experience of team management / training and presentations to the wider business_
- _Experience within an IF / ABL business_
- _Experience in oversight / development of Risk processes and controls_
- _Experience of integration with and contribution to group risk projects; either directly related to Compliance or general Risk management_
