Salary:
£ 19,136


Hours of Work: 32 hours per week, (4 days out of 7, including weekends).


Prince Consort Village, managed by Campus Living Villages, houses 417 University students and has an excellent team culture supporting staff to grow and develop while delivering individual exceptional customer service to all our residents.


We are looking for a motivated, talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a cleaning operative, to help deliver an outstanding experience to the residents.


The team member will be responsible for:

Maintaining the cleanliness of the property, Hoovering and mopping communal areas, Emptying communal bins, Termly bedroom and kitchen inspections, Occasional cleaning of bedrooms or kitchens.

Job role:


  • Maintaining cleanliness of property, including
  • Hoovering of communal areas
  • Mopping of ground floor communal spaces
  • Cleaning laundry
  • Cleanliness of communal toilets
  • Hoovering corridors
  • Changing of bins
  • Cleaning of bedrooms
  • Cleaning of shared kitchens
  • Conducting termly inspections on bedrooms and kitchens
  • Deep clean of communal areas on monthly basis
  • Setting up bedrooms for new arrivals
  • Supporting reception team as required
