Job Purpose

Working closely with the Casting Manager, Casting Assistant, design, and product development teams, you will book models daily for internal looks and design meetings.

This is an admin heavy role, and would best suit a people-person who is sociable, caring and very organised.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with the design teams to understand their model needs and developing a central calendar so that the business has visibility on models bookings.
Looking after models daytoday inhouse
Help to facilitate and arrange weekly/monthly castings
Raise po's for invoices
Basic casting admin such as sending out casting briefs and booking
Agreements; building decks; research; filing
Build relationships with the london agencies to ensure competitive
Rates
Learn to set up and take casting pictures
Help with championing and keeping on top of the model wellbeing
Policy
Passionate, hard working, motivated and adaptive
A strong communicator
Organised and professional manner
Basic knowledge of macs; excel + word
An interest in photography desirable
An ability to juggle priorities in a fastpaced environment
Composed and calm demeanor
