Downs Road, Witney

£ £ per annum,

37 hours per week

About the role
We are looking for one enthusiastic and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our hard-working, highly successful team.

This is exciting opportunity to work for a growing company with great waste industry knowledge to deliver best possible service to our partners and residents.


You will be responsible for a service delivery alongside other supervisors to ensure collections is completed timely and in safely manner.

You will ensure all staff are fully train and offer them advise and additional training to ensure contract runs compliant.

You will also be part of any positive changes in a discussion with operation manager and other work colleagues.


This is a dynamic and fast paced role and you will have the confidence to handle any challenge that comes your way to assist in maintaining operations.

You will need to be decisive, be able to manage competing priorities and balance this by reflecting on and implementing key changes to ensure continuous improvement.


You will need

  • LGV Class 2 driving qualification or working towards it
  • Management skills to deal with front line staff delivering a service
  • Can do attitude to find a solution to a problem
  • Well organised and be able to work under operational pressures
