School Administrator/ Finance Officer:


21 hours per week


Greenford Primary School is looking to appoint a motivated, highly organised, team player who has accurate financial skills, good attention to detail and is confident dealing with people in a front of house role.

This exciting opportunity will involve providing a comprehensive financial and administrative support service in a busy School Office.

It is a job share role for 21 hours per week to be worked on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and will involve close communication and co-operation with your job share partner.


  • Have strong financial skills and experience of budget management and reporting
  • Have solid background in administration and finance with experience of using webbased systems
  • Be adaptable and willing to work as part of a supportive team
  • Have excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and a good basic education with 5 GCSEs (at Grade C or above), or equivalent, including Maths and English Language.
  • Desirable but not essential is a knowledge and experience of using FMS and SIMS.
