We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join us in typesetting assessment materials.

If you enjoy and excel at tasks that require high-levels of concentration and accuracy then we would like to hear from you.

This role requires commitment and a can-do attitude. Training will be provided and all necessary support will be available.


What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the production of Principal Examiner Reports for Teachers through to publication
  • Using IT systems to facilitate and track examiner report production
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders during production
  • Assisting in the production of other assessment material for publication as necessary

You are personable, conscientious and organised. You are happiest working as part of a team and role model collaboration and responsibility in everything you do. You are curious, ask questions and are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a shared vision and goals. You balance determination and kindness and recognise that how we achieve is as important as what we achieve.


Skills:


  • Fast, accurate typesetting and proofreading skills
  • Excellent Word, Outlook and Excel skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with a good eye for detail
  • Quick learner, especially with regards to procedures and house style
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage, but full training will be given
