This is a challenging but rewarding area of Adult Protection work, and requires a variety of disciplines including a high level of initiative, time management, numeracy and good communication skills on a number of levels, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

This is a specialised but interesting field working with the Department of Works and Pensions, the Court of Protection and the Office of the Public Guardian to protect our service users from actual or potential abuse, and will include direct contact with care managers, service users and their families, and a wide range of external agencies.
