Actual Salary £21,069- £23,089

Contract: 37 Hours Per Week, Term Time Only + 5 Days
Boston Spa Academy are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Lead Cover Supervisor
. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy. You will complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities and provide short
- and medium-term cover for teachers where required.

The ideal applicant will have:

Higher Level Teaching Assistant status (or willingness to work towards).
Experience of working as a Cover Supervisor within the setting applied for.
A Good understanding of child development and learning processes
