Our client are currently looking for a Customer Service Expert with experience in face to face customer service.
Do you have strong communication and problem-solving skills?
You don't shy away from in-person interactions?
Do you have retail or customer service experience?
We are looking for an effective communicator with the ability to interact with customers face to face. Someone that likes to help others, and can quickly and efficiently troubleshoot problems. If you are personable, highly organised and a patient teacher as well as self-motivated and a great team player then this could be the role for you
We are looking for someone to deliver in-person support and assist with onboarding, resolving issues and answering questions.
This is a temporary, contract role with the potential for extension.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Possess the autonomy and initiative to work independently, adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of computer systems and a willingness to rapidly grasp internal software tools.
