Description
Experienced Stores Operative required to join the stores department at our client's fast-paced Air Conditioning company.


Working within our client's busy manufacturing facility, this is a full-time, permanent position based on a 39-hour/week contract (7am-3.45pm Monday to Thursday; 7am-1pm on Fridays).


Responsibilities:


  • Receipt of stock products from supplier.
  • Issue of stock products to personnel.
  • Line feeding to production lines as required, preventing stockouts.
  • Progress chasing as required.
  • Updating computerised stock record.
  • Liaison with other departments.

Experience:


  • Understanding of the stores function in a manufacturing environment.
  • Line feeding.
  • Computerised stores environment.
  • Confident and able to communicate at all levels.
  • Computer literate, with experience of Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
  • A FLT licence, preferably Reach Truck, would be advantageous.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£12.50-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
