Warwickshire Youth Justice Service Practitioner

About Us


Warwickshire Youth Justice Service is looking for a passionate individual to join our team based at the Leamington Justice Centre.

However, this role will also require working across Warwickshire and neighbouring areas on occasions and weekend/bank holiday working when required.


You will work as part of a multi-agency service, to prevent and reduce offending by children and young people by providing services as required by the Crime and Disorder Act.

This post will also involve work with parents/carers and victims of crime.

The Role

  • Undertake a wide range of activities, both with service users and other agencies.
  • Take part in office duty which can include seeing young people or parents in crisis, attending police interviews as appropriate adult with young people, and finding emergency accommodation for young people.
