Description

We are working with one of the UK's leading recruitment agencies, with a turnover of over £150 million.

Sectors they work across are Automotive, Rail, Aviation and Aerospace.

Due to continued growth in their Birmingham office, they are looking to launch a new team to take advantage of the ever-growing automation market.

You will start with an existing client base and consistent warm leads so you can start earning commission immediately

They have a grown-up approach to sales management and won't burden you with unrealistic call or CV KPIs targets, giving you the freedom to succeed in the way that works best for you

You will also have 6 months to settle and find your feet before you will be actively targeted.

The business has a well-developed progression system based on gross profit performance.

They also own training businesses that can fully train new staff for employment with one of their clients, one of the only recruitment businesses that can offer this.
