MTrec are proudly representing our market leading manufacturing client, who have a long and proud heritage in the region. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Assembly Operative who is looking for an exciting new career move. If you have a strongbackground in manufacturing, then this could be the position you have been looking for in the New Year

The Job You'll Do;

Assemble the products according to the customers' requirements using a variety of hand tools such as nail guns, staple guns and chop saws.
Work targets are set at approx. 45 products assembled per shift.
Some products require more work than others and there is a need for accuracy at all times.
Due to the nature of our product, previous experience in woodwork is desirable however full training will be given.
Shifts are on a back shift basis 15:3023:30
Monday to Friday.

About You;

Previous manufacturing/assembly background.
Desirable to have knowledge and experience with woodwork though not essential as full training will be provided.
Previous hand tool experience.
Dexterous/ handy
Keen to carry out housekeeping duties within their work area
Good communication and administration skills
Physically fit due to the nature of the role you will carry out manual handling duties on a daily basis
Willing to do overtime during peak manufacturing (November
March)
A flexible cando attitude to work.
Happy to work a back shift 15:30 23:30
Monday to Friday.
