Description:
As Graphic Designer, you'll report to the Head of Employer Brand and work closely with our Recruitment Marketing Manager, Learning experience team and other colleagues designing digital guidance documents and other assets for a range of internal customers.
We're on a journey at AXA UK&I, so if you're up for a challenge, can get stuck in and roll your sleeves up, are able to work on your own initiative, and want an opportunity to make a difference we want to meet you.
We don't need experience in financial services or insurance. This opportunity could be a great CV builder for an agency side designer who wants to experience the client-side corporate world.
Or perhaps you've been out of the workplace for a while, want a more flexible role or just to try something different - we're open to having a conversation because who you are is just as important as what you can do.
What you'll be doing:
- You'll design a suite of guidance documents and other assets using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and MS PowerPoint with the opportunity to learn how to use our GOMO learning platform
- You'll have an eye for detail, a passion for pushing creative boundaries within a framework, and have a 'point of view' on what good looks like
Qualifications:
- You'll have either marketing agency or clientside experience
- Experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and MS PowerPoint and other design platforms (and no you don't have to be an expert in all of them)
- Ability to use CMS systems (or the aptitude and attitude to learn)
- Simplify complex technical information into easy to navigate guides for nontechnical audiences
- Able to work under pressure whilst retaining a sense of perspective not afraid to ask for help
